ARTICLE 1 / DEFINITION

Any use of the premises of the "FRIDGE" Company or of its dependencies implies formal acceptance without exception or reservation by the customer or any person representing these general conditions of sale and rental. The customer declares to have had them in his possession and to have read them. It is understood that the acceptance by the customer of a quote, the placing of a dated and signed order, the payment of a deposit or the start of performance of a service implies acceptance hereof.

ARTICLE 2 / BOOKING

Information or reservation requests are made by phone or email. During this request FRIDGE notes an option. FRIDGE reserves the right to note several options for the same date, files being processed in order of arrival. FRIDGE sends the Customer a quote.
The reservation is validated by FRIDGE when the Customer accepts the quote by returning it signed by email as well as upon receipt of the deposit.
All our quotes are valid for 14 days and lapse if they are not returned signed within 7 days before the start date of the service. Any order canceled less than 72 hours before the start of the service will be invoiced at 50% of the total estimate, with the exception of equipment that comes from a subcontractor and which could be canceled free of charge.
The customer agrees to provide the company "FRIDGE" prior to each service, a roadmap (Call Sheet) stipulating the names and functions of the people present on the rented platform.
The latter will be deemed to have been authorized by the Customer to incur any expense with the company "FRIDGE". However, the Customer may in advance formally appoint to the company "FRIDGE" a single person responsible for incurring the expenses on his behalf. In the absence of a roadmap or a designated person, all the people present on the set will be considered as appointed by the Customer.

ARTICLE 3 / STUDIO RENTAL

It is agreed and accepted by the Client that our studio will be billed per day for a period of 10 hours, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Before 9 a.m. and after 7 p.m., occupancy time will be billed as overtime as follows:
125 euros between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
150 euros from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
125 euros supplement on Saturdays and 200 euros on Sundays and public holidays
400 euros supplement to bring your own light
All benefits are payable as follows:
- 50% deposit upon order confirmation
- Balance, ie 50% on the day of the service, as well as any additional services not quoted.
No discount will be granted.
The Client undertakes to reimburse all costs and fees occasioned by the contentious recovery of sums due, including the costs, fees and / or emoluments of ministerial officers.
Fridge guarantees the use of electricity free of charge. However, the use of continuous artificial light (HMI lamp, Tungsten, Kino, Joker Bug, etc.) will result in additional costs corresponding to a daily fee of 60 Euros.

ARTICLE 4 / STATE OF PLAY

The premises are taken as is and will be returned as is, the client or his representatives declare that they are familiar with them and that they are responsible for any compliance and security for the needs of his shots.
In this regard, the client and the persons introduced by the client, of whom the latter is strong, waive any action whatsoever against the company "FRIDGE", for any defect or failure whatsoever in the use of the places made available to them.
If our services have to restore the studio following a service, FRIDGE reserves the right to charge repair costs.

ARTICLE 5 / LIABILITY & INSURANCE

The Customer is responsible for any person present at the place of the service and for the consequences of their actions.
In the absence of a roadmap or designated person, all persons present in the studio will be considered as mandated by the Client.
The Customer agrees to take all the necessary security measures for the valuable goods that he brings into the premises of the company "FRIDGE". He undertakes to inform the company "FRIDGE" in advance.
The company "FRIDGE" can not be held responsible for any bodily injury, material and immaterial occurring in the premises as well as any theft, deterioration or damage of any kind that may occur to cash, equipment, clothing or any other property, including animals brought or brought by the Customer, his representative or his agents.
Consequently, it is the Customer's responsibility to take out the necessary insurance to cover all the risks mentioned above. He undertakes to present the corresponding certificate at the first request of the company "FRIDGE".
Our equipment is rented with insurance included, with a deductible of € 350 in the event of an accident. This insurance does not cover theft. The Customer is required to take out his own insurance against theft.
Insurance is automatically billed for all equipment rentals. However, this insurance does not cover lamps, flash tubes and lenses. Insurance is billed at 10% of the rental value of the equipment excluding discounts. It is compulsory.
The insurance is applied with a deductible defined by the insurance company.
FRIDGE cannot be held responsible for any damage possibly suffered by the Customer as a result of delays in the availability of the Rented Property, due to any reason beyond its control.
In the event of a legal dispute, the Paris Commercial Court will have exclusive jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 6 / EQUIPMENT

Any equipment estimated, confirmed, ordered and made available in the studio is automatically invoiced. The rental prices are given exclusive of taxes and insurance subject to the availability of the equipment.
The company "FRIDGE" undertakes to provide the Customer with premises, equipment and materials in perfect working order.
Equipment must not leave the studio under any circumstances.
No cancellations, the same day or the day before after 12:00 noon, will be accepted.
Any additional request, made by the customer or his representatives, before or during the service, will incur additional costs and will be invoiced in addition. A simple oral request validates this request.
The Customer agrees to return them in the same condition. Otherwise, repair and overhaul costs will be billed to the Customer.
Any extensions and repairs will be billable in addition.
No damage, compensation or transport costs will be incurred against the company Fridge for the non- use of the equipment whatever the cause.
The customer or his representatives are invited to verify the accuracy of the quantity delivered before the start of each service. In the event of breaches, they must notify our services as soon as possible. No complaint at the end of the session will be taken into account.

ARTICLE 7 / FILES & DIGITAL SERVICES

The digital service means that the customer or his representatives have rented digital equipment as well as an operator for his shooting or filming.
The operator package includes 10 hours of provision of a digital operator. Beyond that, additional hours will be billed to the customer.
The company "FRIDGE" can not be held responsible for the loss or deterioration of images or computer data used by the Customer or obtained by equipment made available to them.
In the event of any fault whatsoever attributable to the company "FRIDGE", it cannot be held liable beyond the provision of the same technical means that have been made available to the Customer, to enable him to reconstruct the lost or damaged data.
For digital capture or retouching services, the work files will be saved for a period of 2 months from the date of the service. After this period, all data will be destroyed.

ARTICLE 8 / CANCELLATION

The customer has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 96 hours before the shooting (excluding weekends). After this period, FRIDGE reserves the right to charge 50%, ie the deposit paid upon reservation.
If the cancellation took place the day before the shooting, Fridge reserves the right to also invoice the rental of equipment already rented from its service providers, the transport costs that have been incurred as well as the purchases of consumables already made.
